A Word from the Editor

Written by

deneen jacoIt's an honor and a privilege as Editor-in-chief of deeClare Publishing LLC, to commemorate the achievements of women throughout history, during this month —  March — designated as Women's History month. We often think of history as moments recorded of times past.

When my thoughts move to women in history or women in general, I think of the delicate creation that God enabled to carry a seed and birth a vision. Many of our great and even not so well noted men and women alike were conceived and birthed through the wombs of women who often remained nameless and faceless.

This women's history month, let's give honor to whom honor is due. There's not an individual — in past, present or future history whose life did not begin in the womb of a woman. It's not just the names or faces that reach the public eye, the well-known, the rich, the famous or even the infamous, but to every woman for their contribution to history, as life-givers, life supporters, nurturers, and first responders.

A final thought... Although God created Adam first, the seed needed a birthing chamber and without Eve, there would be no history!
